an exciting debut for Viabizzuno, present for the first time on the russian market at interlight 2005 (moscow, 30 november - 03 december 2005). visitors were many and showed great interest and curiosity, attracted by a truly unique stand, which won the award for the best design. within an area of 42 sq.m. co-exist white walls, windows of light, and modular structures made from the Viabizzuno 'book rests', innovative solutions for building and interior decor. these are wooden cubes which can be used as bricks for walls or as room dividers; they can be combined according to one's personal tastes to invent ever-new volumes and architecture. the space of the Viabizzuno stand is marked by slits and soft lighting tones. the atmosphere is that of a place in motion where nothing is ever taken for granted, and where everything may change. the lighting fixtures and lighting solutions can be adapted to the most diverse settings. this is the expression of a style and of an approach both unique. light is matter in motion, and is an integral part of the architecture on view. here is a series of articulated surfaces in plaster-board, illuminated by means of concealed light sources. at the heart of it all is « goccia doccia », one of Viabizzuno's most interesting creations, composed of a light source over 2 metres high, where light mingles with water, raining down together from the same source, the 'cubo doccia'. this setting - so different from normal exhibition settings - met with the approval of both the public present at interlight and with the exhibition organisers, who awarded it the prize for the best design.
