the campanale house is arranged on first and second floors, which are accessed via a ground floor entrance containing a clear glass lift and a great, completely white staircase, lit by clv2 fittings. at the head of the stairs, almost like a stage backdrop, a picture of substantial size, illuminated by grey painted metal spotlights, conceals the walls behind and a corridor serving the various rooms. the timber panelled corridor is lit by recessed clv1 fittings, with crystal pendants that help to mark the way. this is the bedroom area, also painted entirely in white; every door is a concealed sliding door with handles in matt steel by philippe starck and the black chairs are lit with clv2 fittings, which give added elegance to the interior. the light colouring of the apartment highlights the fine details of the designer objects, the light fittings and the materials employed. the main bathroom has an L shaped back wall finished in gold mosaic, lit by four quadra lights; the ensuite bathroom is decorated in gold leaf. the white coloured walls are lit with nine dodò fittings designed for Viabizzuno by domenico de palo and arranged asymmetrically so as to create a sculpture on the wall, where shade becomes depth; when the fitting is switched on, the voids appear to become solids and the darker areas light up; the void filled with shade by day brings light to life at night. on the upper floor, the living area is naturally lit with large windows surrounding an internal courtyard but artificially lit at night, with m1 medio and c1 fittings. the kitchen and living room are separated by a double-sided fireplace finished in gold leaf and are furnished with seats (stools and small armchairs) in red by moroso and with a wenge table; the kitchen island unit is concealed behind the fireplace. a chaise longue and a comfortable sofa in red leather are intended for receiving guests in the drawing room and are lit by clv2 and m1 medio fittings.
