on the occasion of paris design week 2025, we inaugurated our new light laboratory in paris, a space with three times the square footage of the previous one where our design philosophy and savoir-faire are narrated and conveyed. located in the heart of the sixth arrondissement, our parisian home stands as a place of project, where people and ideas come together. developed on four levels, each dedicated to different activities and light solutions, the laboratory overlooks rue de sèvres with coppibartali, one of the most iconic pieces of our collection.
the space welcomes its guests with a double-height lobby of more than 7 meters, illuminated by the pure light of aura: designed for Viabizzuno by Snøhetta, this lamp is made of high-efficiency, highly transparent polymethylmethacrylate, drawing a vortex of light able to blend seamlessly into any architectural context.
throughout the entire laboratory, you find some of the products that have shaped the history of Viabizzuno’s design and technology, from the most exclusive solutions to the most architecture-oriented ones. indeed the mezzanine, which with its large glass window opens to the lobby is dedicated to technical solutions such as trentotto sagomatore.
on the first floor – which greets with the elegant presence of sempre mia – the beating heart of design activity is illuminated by mn sistema, the Viabizzuno solutions designed for workspaces with a focus on sustainability, high efficiency, and above all, creating well-being and visual comfort.
traccia sistema with display shelves and bottigliera create a small, cozy space for more informal meetings, enriched by the presence of officina zumthor; alongside, the preciousness of da ma sospensione is the protagonist in the meeting room, a space also conceived to welcome guests by extending the Viabizzuno experience beyond design. the wide overlook of the lobby and the outdoor area is framed by tisoffio.
